Product Description
Products displayed on this website are available only whilst stocks last. We have taken every care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are accurate. Every effort has been made to show the product colours as accurately as possible. We cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. All drawings, photographs, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued on the website and any description, photograph or illustrations contained in Little Bonbon website are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described in the website and will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this regard.

Pricing & Payment
Prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices quoted are exclusive of postage and packing which will be charged at the rates specified in the Postage section. Little Bonbon uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions that are performed on this site, use the eWAY gateway under GeoTrust 256 Bit SSL Certificate.

With eWAY:
•Payments are fully automated with an immediate response;
•Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Little Bonbon or any outside party;
•All transactions are performed under GeoTrust 256 Bit SSL Certificate;
•All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY's bank-grade data centre, further protecting your
 credit card data;
•eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks;
•eWAY at no time touches your funds. All monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Little Bonbon.

Acceptance of your Order
Orders placed with us will not be accepted and no contract will be formed between us until you have been instructed that said goods are available and that all goods and applicable charges have been paid in full. We will confirm our acceptance of your order - on receipt of cleared funds – by email (where a valid email address is provided)

Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours - subject to payment and stock availability. If any items are out of stock, we will advise you as soon as possible. You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country. We have no control over such charges and cannot predict them. Please contact Little Bonbon for international postage prices.

While Little Bonbon takes reasonable steps to ensure a reliable service, we do not guarantee that your use of this website will be uninterrupted and error free. We will not be held responsible for your use of other websites accessed via links from our website. Such links are not controlled by us nor do we endorse them.

Returns/Exchange Policy
If you wish to return an item, please follow our returns procedure. You may return products purchased from www.littlebonbon.com.au within 7 working days of receipt of the items. In order to return your item, you must email info@littlebonbon.com.au to notify us that you want to return the item, quoting your name and order reference number. We will provide you with a return authorisation code (RAC) via email. Please write the RAC on your invoice and return it with your item. Any items returned without a valid RAC and/or invoice will not be accepted. All items must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition. Little Bonbon will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer. Please ensure that the items are returned/posted back in appropriate packaging to ensure the items do not get damaged in the post. We advise that you use a signed for service to return the item as we are not able to refund for any orders which get lost in the post. Please note that Little Bonbon is not and will not be responsible for postage costs any any item that is returned or exchanged.

Once the item has been approved for returning, we will credit the original purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus postage costs. Please note that postage costs will apply for exchanges. All refunds and exchanges for goods purchased via our website or by telephone must only be made through our website. Web returns to:
